You’ve spent all year working in your business. When was the last time you had a full day to work on it?

The fourth quarter has a way of arriving before most business owners are ready.

You may have goals you set at the beginning of the year but haven’t looked at in months. Your priorities may have shifted. New opportunities, problems, clients, expenses, and responsibilities may have changed what your business needs from you.

And when every day is filled with clients, employees, emails, decisions, and unexpected problems, it can be nearly impossible to step back long enough to see the whole business clearly.

CEO Day gives you that space.

This is a guided, strategic working day designed to help you pause, evaluate where your business actually stands, choose what matters most for the rest of 2026, and begin putting your plan into action.

You won’t spend the day passively listening to another presentation.

You’ll be making decisions, creating your Q4 plan, receiving coaching and support, and doing some of the work before you leave.

What you’ll leave with

By the end of CEO Day, you will have:

  • A clear, honest review of what worked—and what didn’t—in Q3

  • A better understanding of what your business needs from you right now

  • A focused vision for where you want the business to be by the end of 2026

  • A small number of meaningful, measurable priorities for Q4

  • Clear next steps instead of an overwhelming list of possibilities

  • A plan for tracking progress and keeping your priorities visible

  • Greater awareness of the obstacles that could derail your plan

  • Protected time to begin implementing something important

  • Support, perspective, and accountability from other thoughtful business owners

Most importantly, you’ll leave knowing:

What matters now?
What am I going to do about it?
And what needs to happen first?

What we’ll do together

Reflect

Before deciding what comes next, you need an honest understanding of where you are.

We’ll review Q3, recognize what you accomplished, identify what remained unfinished, and look at the lessons your business has been trying to teach you.

This is not about judging yourself for everything that didn’t happen.

It’s about using real information to make wiser decisions.

Recalibrate

The goals you set months ago may no longer reflect what your business—or your life—needs now.

You’ll step back from the urgent demands of the day-to-day and consider the bigger picture:

What does a successful end to 2026 look like?

What is most important in this season?

What needs your attention now?

What can wait?

What are you ready to stop carrying?

Prioritize

A long list of goals is not a strategy.

You’ll narrow your focus to a small number of meaningful Q4 priorities, define what completion actually looks like, and identify the actions and measures that will help you stay on track.

The day draws from practical quarterly-planning principles, including selected concepts found in Traction and EOS®, while remaining accessible to business owners who have never used either.

(You do not need to know Traction or be running your business on EOS to participate.)

Problem-solve

A plan is only useful if it accounts for reality.

With support from Coach Tabitha and Coach Carly, you’ll have an opportunity to think through the strategic or human obstacles standing between you and your goals.

Depending on the needs of the group, coaching breakouts may explore questions such as:

What keeps getting in the way of this priority?

Is the obstacle strategic, operational, financial, relational, or personal?

What decision have you been avoiding?

Where is the business still too dependent on you?

What support, structure, or conversation is needed next?

Begin

You will have protected implementation time before the day ends.

Use it to schedule the important conversation, outline the new process, create the project plan, send the proposal, organize the numbers, make the decision, or complete the first meaningful step.

Because sometimes the best way to build momentum is to stop planning—and begin.
